ReTracted due to advice of lawyer-

Thats right ladies and gentelman Dr.Boothe is suing me. I guess its ok for him to spam the search engines with his company and voice HIS opinion on his services and only the good side (havent seen one) of the surgeries he has done. BUT Mr. Boothe you fail to realize there are 2 sides to every coin. Since i am in a case now i am protected by law as of rightnow, to voice my opinion and do my research about you. the internet is a wonderful thing isnt it, you can find out just about anything. By the way i see he is hiring ONCE AGAIN for the same posistion i was 'Terminated' from (when in fact i quit) or maybe he didnt hear me while he was screaming and cursing at me (he has microphones all over the ceiling inside the company so i hope he has proof i 'threatened him and scolded a employee on those said microphones, if not all he has is hear say. I have collected over 200 REAL post about this man only 4 of them being actual people and not his spam service or himself logging on websites to praise himself and the rest are not good at all.

he says i threatened him? well Mr. Boothe if saying im contacting a lawyer for your harrassment is threatening then like many others have said you should find another line of work, seems to me you should be used to being in court. As to the lady who was tricked into signing the paper where you have to write out a statement, well he does the same to his employee's with his 'employment agreement' or whatever it was i signed that was 'all it say's is if you leave this company, or are terminated you cant work for a rival company'. What he (the office manager) left out was all this about not posting remarks about him on the internet.

It bothers me to see a man who has almost blinded people, talks to his staff in the manner he does and hides behind his papers. if you dont want people to say bad things about you, or disstroy your reputation then maybe you should do your job, maybe you should get off your high horse and rejoin reality and treat people as humans and not door mates, it truely makes me wonder how you treat your family. Come sue me Dr.Boothe, you win? i have to things in life to give and they both have holes...my hat...and my voice. if you have the freedom to spam the websites then the rest of us have a right to speak as we please, even if you trick us into thinking its ok to sign. He states i have cost him lost money, well he doesnt stop to think
1.) the economy is terrible rightnow
2.) Word by mouth can either be your best friend or your worst
3.) Never stops to think cursing at his employee's during surgery would fall ear to the clients on the   table or in the chairs (again word by mouth advertisement).
I could be here all day and talk about this guy...but you know what i'm going to use my time and energy on my wife, and baby boy and this case. Thanks to those that have contacted me and come forward in this manner with information. you can contact me at fergusonjeremy@msn.com
think its time to hire a investigater and a few other public resources about things. oh one last thing he a -D rating on the BBS website next to that is F....Enough said

I had surgery done there just a few days ago.  This was my second surgery.  The first was done 9 years ago with no problems.  The staff, at that time, were very knowledgeable and helpful.  Things have changed since then.  I heard the doctor in the operating room cursing at his patients.  The room was filthy as were the bathrooms.  I got there at 4:15 AM for a 5:30 AM operation and like some others had to wait until 8 AM to actually have it done.  I had to wait till 4:45 before someone got there to open the doors!

I was not given instructions on what to expect with an enhancement.  I have to agree with the ex-employee that many of the employees there are not doing their job as I also saw them playing games on the computer and defintely not informing their patients of what they need to know.

Because the doctor did not complete the cornea flap (not sure what this is) correctly, I had to go back in.  He told me he wanted to get out of this business.  When I asked him why, he said he didn't make enough money!  If I hadn't already been on the table I would have dropped on the floor!  With the hundreds of people he sees each day plus obviously not spending money on a cleaning crew, he must spend the money on trying to get websites to stop allowing consumers to complain.

Dr. Boothe, I totally agree with you.  You need to be in another business where you don't have to deal with people.  You are definitely not a people-person and have no bedside manner screaming at your staff in front of your patients.  Maybe you should take some people-skill classes.
