The only down side to being a patient is that you have to acknowledge that you understand that this group of doctors uses arbitration to handle all malpractice claims. If something goes wrong your award would be limited (I think to $250,000) and it can ONLY go through arbitation. Remember ladies this is Florida - land of lawsuits! Now, with that being said...... Everything else was wonderful. The office staff is very friendly, and Dr. Whitcomb was extremely attentive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm not afraid of the arbitration issue because I feel so confident that I'm dealing with a competent doctor who is highly trained and very professional. I would recommend Dr. Whitcomb to anyone who asked.
