This complaint isnt with the Dr....but the WORST staff.

I recently went there to get filling in 3 of my teeth. I was supposed to pay the co pay under the dental insurance coverage, which is roughly about a hundred maximum as the TOTAL fee for 3 teeth is $324.00... The lady in the front desk, named Collie or Carlie (whatever) wanted me to pay $667 !!!, she has an attitude while pretended hard to be nice. She said the prices are follow the 'new' rate, and so-called 'correct' rate, they've made mistake on giving me the wrong prices on my treatment plan... I was so confussed, they are supposed to notify me prior the appointment or even before I went into the dentist room for service...Also, with my insurance, I shouldnt have been charged for that much $. She then told me all the prices for services (filling & cleaning) that I've got since early June (3 months ago) will be re-adjusted with the 'new rate', and I have to pay the different...I think it's rediculous....because all the fee seems to be double up the original-set price, which maxing out my Ins benefit and she insisted that I have to pay the $.  She is very disrespectful and spoke to me like I was a child when I asked questions and were trying to figure out how the bill works, she just very impatient and kept saying I've got the service and so I have to pay.

Im not sure if the Dr. aware of his staff is rude and soooooooo unprofessional!!!

So people, beware of being overcharge by this dental office, everythough they seem to be so nice on the face and take care of your bill right at the beginning, but they might come back and charge you for previous service or raise up the fee, especially when your annual Ins benefit is about maxing out, this is how they make easy $. Everytime when you check in for your appointment, confirm the service and the fee before it's too late.
