I've been seeing Dr. Abraham in the Berkeley Hts. office since 1998, and have been very pleased with his services. He takes the time to explain the procedures and will answer any question until I understand it. What I find very appealing, it that he really listens to what I am saying. He calls personally with test results. Though on occasion the nurse has given me the test results, but that was because I missed his phone call. The staff is good at getting a referral quickly. The nursing staff is efficient, but you can see they are over worked. The exam rooms are usually full, which leads to an extented wait time. The office needs to work on their scheduling of patients.
