The office staff are young and very slow. They are sometimes rude and inpatient. Office equipment needs to be updated. Dr.Madrid herself is rude at times by saying things to her patients that should not be said.(laughing afterwards) Dr.madrid would recieve phone calls keeping you waiting quite awhile before she returns. There is much room for improvement. At.one time I thought about making a serious complaint about the doctor because of her rudeness. Changed my mind and decided to just find another doctor before something really bad happens. Dr.Madrid sucks!!! She's the worst Dr.ever!!!!! |
