I called the office looking to have my spider veins treated. After a very lengthly dialog to clarify I did not want laser therapy but the traditional injections for the veins with the receptionist who has worked there for 6 yrs an appt was scheduled.

I arrived and filling out a lengthy health history stating my requested services.  I was seated in a room and a nurse came in and told me they dont even do spider vein therapy in that office but take off you pants and put the gown on anyway. So I did thinking the Dr may make an exception since my veins were not that bad.

The doctor comes in looked at my legs and said she could refer me to someone else thtat does laser therapy. Then she whips out her magnifying glass and tells me I have acne and write out a couple of RX. I do not have acne.

I get to the front desk and they said i owed them $125 dollars. I was so mad I took the day off of work which cost me $350 then had to take my pants off in an office that knew they did not perform the service I was requesting and pay an extra $125 office charge. To top it off I just found out they had filed with my insurance company and collected from them too. They have not contacted me in over a month to reimburse me.

One more thing....you would think a dermatologist would have nice skin if that is what she is selling....yuck is all i will say and i would not use any of the products she recommends if that what it did to her face.

She did the same thing to me..about the acne. She said my face was so pimply she couldnt even tell if i had any  cancerous stuff on my face..she did check my body though. I dont have acne and never have in my life she told me to get on rosacia med and come back so she could TRY to see past the acne..what a joke. And you are right she has terrible skin.
