My experience at pavilion for women's care was a good one. I had to switch gynecologist because my doctor moved to far from my location. When i walked into the office, the front desk ladies greeted me nicely and gave me some paperwork to fill out. i waited about 15mins and a nurse took me to a room to weigh me, take my blood pressure and ask me some questions. Then i waited 10 min and another nurse escorted and prepped me for the doctor. Dr. Fox walked in, introduced herself, asked me a couple questions & proceeded with the procedure. She was very sensitive and talked me through my pap so i would not feel uncomfortable. We made small talk and asked her for some medical advice. I made my next appointment and was very satisfied with my services. I definitely recommend Dr. Susan Fox & Pavilion for women's care.

I was seeing np susan fox since I was 21 years old, although here I am I am now 31 years old and me and my husband want to have a family and we need an egg donor because i have a condition that was disvovered 8 months ago. i felt that she did not care she did not do futher testing to see why i had abnormal periods all she would tell me is that i was able to have a baby 'just have a glass of chianti'. She would also tell me just continue taking the pill without further testing once again. In our opinion she should not be practicing.

Dr. Fox and her staff are wonderful and careing....Dr Fox has many years of experience. She has been my doctor since 1988.....

After almost 1 year we were still receiving bills from her collecting agency, even though we promptly paid all the bill, the collecting agency did not have the record of one of our payments and threatened us to put on our credit report. We had to send copy of the check to prove payment, but never received a call from them with payment confirmation, and we left several messages requesting confirmation. We went to Pavillion for Womens Care to have it cleared.
Overall I think they may be good, but the number of patients may be hurting customer service and the 'human factor' I felt doctor Susan was only 'business'. We have a new doctor.
