Dr. Sears is a wonderful Doctor who goes above and beyond for his patients. Yes he does have alot of them, but I have three small children and he manages his time well, and makes himself available to see each of them as needed, in emergency situations, last minute, regular appointments etc. He is a hardworking, flexible doctor who does an excellent job. In return from his patients he deserves the same, as patients it would be easier for him if we too are flexible and show him understanding and patience when he needs to reschedule, it would a shame to lose him in our area because he gets critized and walked all over for trying to please all his patients. Keep up the great work, and remember there are alot of people who appreciate all your hardwork. |

I see that there has only been one post on DR. Sears, done a few years ago.
I agree with Judy that Dr. Sears is a fantastic gentleman, and makes his patients comfortable,
but over time there has been a shift, he is spreading himself far to thin, his practice is huge.
With the onset of pregnant women, he is spreading himself even thinner, I myself have at least one occurrence where malpractice could be sought. But in my eyes an even bigger problem is the fact that every day multiple breaches of people's privacies are being made.
You sit in the waiting room for hours, hearing the secretaries on the phones talking to people
about there medications, test results and so on (that may not be criminal) You're only hearing one side of a conversation
but the next part, I'm sure is a criminal act - disclosing peoples personal medical information.
You get called down the hall and into one of the examination rooms, and the walls are so thin you hear entire conversations between Dr. Sears and his patients.
I'm sure after reading this post Dr. Sears you will sound proof your rooms, If not the you are trampling peoples right to privacy, and one day someone will pull the plug.
