Too bad he almost caused my death.  If only he would have listened.  I  had legitimate health concerns and he didn't listen.  I told him I was concerned about my thyroid as my family has thyroid problems and my cholesterol was elevated despite my vegetarian diet and I had a 30 lb weight gain.    He ignored my concern and it turned out that the  cholesterol and weight gain were indeed an underactive thyroid.  He ignored my request to recheck my mitral valve despite the only test having been in 1996.  It turned out the medication I was on was not working well.  I've since had a change in the medication and have had absolutely no further flare-ups!   He manipulated my AD/HD to his advantage and acted in a discriminatory manner against it.  He took me off my medication which caused a severe mood disorder and stress intolerance.  Since being back on it, I've had no further problems in that department.  He passed off genuine stomach  pains as  just stress and it turned out to be several  more severe and persistent medical conditions including gall bladder failure.  He sexually harassed   me but I was too blind to see that because I don't have the life experience to know when someone is manipulating me like that but he took   advantage of the fact that I have a disability and am naive and innocent and haven't a lot of life experience and am younger than 30 and perverted the medical profession in one of the worst possible ways by doing the things he did.  He basically confessed to abandonment knowing I was very physically ill and ignoring it instead.  And that started when he and his staff chose to deny me treatment on a day that it turned out that I had a life-threatening condition known as appendicitis.  His  nurse called me a liar and so did he.  The fact that he now goes around saying I had an attraction for him only further stresses the fact that he sexually harassed me.  I am just a kid and right now could care less about any thing other than getting through graduate school and my upcoming tonsillectomy.  He has made it impossible for me to get a new doctor for other more serious health issues by spreading rumors that he thought I was 'mental' and had an attraction to him - both of which are untrue.  If  any one is mental, it is him.  What kind of doctor does these horrible things? We as patients think we can trust someone with our life, and then they prove us wrong.  If we can't trust our doctors, who can we trust?

Anyway, as all of this can be proven true from other records from other doctors, I am just expressing my honest opinion.

Honesty will help in the long run.  Good deal.
