I am also a former patient of Dr. Behtash. I had the worst experience with the staff of Hillside Family Medicine (every visit and phone call for 7 months). This place is a Zoo (no exaggeration)! They are unprofessional and incompetent. I once waited 1 hour and 41 minutes for my appointment. I won't even get into all the specifics. Though I liked Dr. Behtash's as a person (she was sincere and kind), she was terrible with follow-up and missed some important diagnoses that were staring her in the face. One of her colleagues, and another doctor (not affiliated with Hillside) couldn't believe she missed (or overlooked) the test results.
