Service was slow (there for over 2 1/2 hours) but staff & doctor weren't too bad. They made me pay $99 cash because they couldn't verify insurance on a weekend but told me I would be reimbursed after my insurance paid. My insurance paid so I am owed money. I was given the run around for 5 months about my refund, made dozens of phone calls, faxes & even sent a certified letter. Letter came back, phone is disconnected, I guess went out of business? Frustrated & annoyed to put it lightly. Anyone else have this happen at Vista Urgent Care?
