First the MD office messed up the scheduling and didn't tell my friend or the hospital that there had been a change in the schedule. Then the MD put my friend in unnecessary pain during a pre-operation examination. Finally, he refused to do the follow-up visit to his procedure which he had suggested. This meant that he did not complete the additional work he was going to do for the procedure. My friend had to wait almost another month for help since all the paperwork, etc. had to be sent to somebody new. |
