In response to David's comments regarding Dr. Samar Mokhayesh.  Please be aware that this complaint has gone before the ADA peer review consul twice.  Both times the ruling was in favor of the doctor.  The ADA found that the doctor performed the services according to the standard of care, and that David's complaints were completely unfounded.

Hi this is David. Responding back to this comment made. The
ADA commitee were wrong in favoring Dr Samar Mokhayesh. I
stated in my first scorecard review of this dentist. That when
she worked on molar 31 she put too much composite filling
on it, where some of it leaked onto the molar next to it. I could
not floss it. I drove back to her office and she removed it. Then
she worked on molar 18 and the one next to it. She again stuck
composite filling between them. I also couldn't floss them, only
this time she damaged the back chewing surface all around the
back. I looks like she sheared it off during the dental procedure.
Tell now that molar bothers me and gives me discomfort. It just
doesn't feel the same as before. I hope in the near future the
committee will come to realize what a big mistake they made in
actually believing my dentist, did acceptable job on my teeth. They don't even know what cause that molar to look this way. Even when i went to the peer review even the dental specialists were unsure what happened to it. I am ashamed at the way the
committee chose to handle this. I will never go back to this dentist ever again. I rate her an F very poor.

did a good job on  my  molar she screwed up on.  if they saw the before and after results
of that molar. They will then know that i am telling the truth about her. They talk the talk
but don't back it up with  answers on what she did to it. I know how that molar looked 
before and it looked way better before then they do now.  All they want to do is 
try to convince you guys that she is a good dentist. No she is not because I tried her 
out . I only wish i could have stopped myself from letting her work on my molars. I 
paid alot of money to have the job done neatly and professionally and instead got
bad results from her.  She is a big screwup and idiot that doesn't  know what she is
doing to the patients teeth.  First mistake she made was getting access  composite 
filling stuck between the front of molar 31 she put a filling in. I could not floss whatsoever
had to call her back and drove a long distance back to her office to have her take it out.
Then she did the same mistake in sticking access filling between two other molars she
worked on and that's when i noticed molar 18 was damaged from the back and sides.
the back she shaved it down round and the sides are much thinner. That molar looks 
different and  feels very sharp it cuts my tongue when i lick it.  The MDA committee 
turned their backs on me  without giving me answers on what she did to molar 18 to
look the way it does now. This is a bad organization that will not help the dental 
patients out. I was treated very unfairly and got no explanation from them they are 
keeping it confidential from me.
