Dr. Erbaugh is the kindest dentist I have ever encountered. After several bad experiences with other dentists and oral surgeons, I waited until I was in too much pain to function to go into this office. I was able to get an emergency appointment the same day and had a root canal to save a tooth I was certain needed to be extracted. Dr. Erbaugh (and VanHoose) was awesome when he came to discuss the treatment plan. He patted my shoulder and told me everything would be fine when I teared up. He listened and understood when I told him about my bad experience and fear of coming back to the dentist. His bedside manner is unlike anything I have seen from other dentists and even most doctors I have encountered. Wen my daughter complained of jaw pain and grinding her teeth, Dr. Erbaugh thoroughly checked for any abnormality. After first trying a night guard to alleviate the discomfort and finding it created more problems, Dr. Erbaugh jumped into action with a referral to an orthodontist. My daughter will be undergoing orthagnathic surgery and will have significant orthodontia done this year thanks to the problem found by Dr. Erbaugh. His skill and expertise were greatly appreciated when he removed all of my wisdom teeth at once without general anesthesia. I first opted to go to the oral surgeon but Dr. Erbaugh explained his procedure for extraction and because he had already earned my trust I readily agreed to have him remove the teeth. When I called him over the weekend because I feared a complication had arisen, he called me back almost immediately. I have the utmost faith in both dentists and their wonderful staff. If my insurance changed or they stopped accepting it tomorrow I would gladly pay out of pocket to continue to support an awesome business.
