The office staff doesn't seem to care like they use to!! Dr Karl isn't the same way he use to be. Money really seems to be the big factor with the office and the Drs anymore. If you want good care from a Dr this isn't the office to go to any longer.. Everyone use to be very friendly.. But the office has gotten to busy to fast and not enough staff.. Or they just don't know what they are doing.. The PATIENT CARE HAS LEFT THE OFFICE.. you use to be treated like a real person.. NOT ANY MORE.... I would suggest looking else ware for a Dr..
