Doctor had a staffer -- not another doctor -- call me to say "You have arthritis. There's nothing you can do about it." First, that's not correct -- there is a lot you can do about arthritis -- and second, I want my xrays evaluated by a doctor, not a secretary. I was furious. I can't trust this practice's medical advice, and the staff is rude, and dismissive.
