My Mom misjudged the windowframe when closing a car door the Sunday before Labor Day, which entailed a trip to the emergency room which resulted in 13 stitches, which had to be replaced the following day. We were fortunate to find a listing for Dr. Mack on www the following morning. He and his staff were all immediately appreciative of the urgency of the situation, and.......the situation was covered, impressively. Mom is 91, and since then, on return visits (under 2 miles drive from Westfield) he has been unfailingly helpful and insightful in helping Mom deal with Osteoporosis, the early onset of Parkinson's, and related minor issues which I won't specify in detail here. This level and style of care prompts me to agree with Mom in nominating Dr. Mack as her primary care provider. |
