Not given Dear cancersux,

I agree 100% with your comment: 'once seen he consistently tries to sell you herbal remedies and vitamins. one feels as though unless these herbal items are purchased you will not get your medicine and made uncomfortable'. I experienced the same attituded from his NP. He must train his staff well, I also received a 'verbal lashing' from his NP and I wasn't even there for pain. Just needed relief from premenopausal symptoms.

Dr. Ximenes does not have a nurse practitioner working for him. Several years ago he employed a physician assistant who also specialized in neuroendrocrinology utilizing bio-identical hormones, nutritional supplementation, as well as pharmaceutical medications.  Like Dr. Ximenes, she is also well-respected in our community.

This is a different type of medical practice where there are treatment “options” of nutrition, acupuncture, pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical intervention.  It is not a secret that lifestyle modifications that include dietary changes, regular exercise, and nutritional supplementation successfully help many patients at The Pain and Stress Management Center.  Medical acupuncture is another treatment of choice proving to be an excellent option for pain, stress and many other symptoms.

Once more, it is imperative that people try to maintain a sense of integrity when 'rating' doctors.  People who read these comments are trying to gather information to make an informed decision about their potential medical care.  Please be aware that many ratings include incorrect, inappropriate, and inflammatory information.

Lightkeeper - You are correct. Nancy B. is a nurse practioner. I apologize for the error in your title, Nancy.
