Erwin lara obviously has a motive to do oral defamation to this dr. This public record of restraining order against him must have really detroyed his reputation. Yes I have a restraining order to stay away from you. For what reason? Because you straight up lied in court.   You told your staff and wife what to say because your dental procedure resulted in my wife losing two of her teeth.  You were upset that I tried to get her dental records and you needed an alibi to cover up your mistake.

The judge granted the restraining order ONLY because he did it to be on the safe side...plain and simple. If I acted like a scared little b**ch and lied about 'how Erwin Lara forced his way into my office' and 'reached over the counter to take his wife's dental records to rip a page out' I’m sure I would get a restraining order granted.  LOL!! Yes people. This is exactly what the Tuazons did!  All I can say is that they can really come up with some good bs!

Now why on earth would I want to destroy the proof of work YOU did!???  Anyone with common sense can tell, that you making up ridiculous accusations of me is your only way of destroying the poor work you did on my wife’s teeth. Something you will never admit to or apologize for.

When ever you post my restraining order, ALL you are doing is helping me out by making your patients wonder “What did Erwin Lara do so bad to get this restraining order”? So when I email them back and give them proof of your silly lies, they quickly move onto another dentist. Has it ever crossed your mind that my restraining order does nothing but help me? I have a restraining order to stay away from Vacaville Dental Care, ONLY for the mere fact of attempting to obtain copies of my wife’s dental records. “dr” Tuazon & his staff can pull a good acting job. So if you are a patient of his, do yourself a favor and get copies of our records before things go sour. Better yet, get the hell out of dodge before you experience hell like we have.

 

Let me break this down to anyone wanting to know about exactly how I received this bogus restraining order:

 

1)       A dental malpractice was performed on my wife by so called “dr” Tuazon.

2)       With all of the excruciating pain my wife was experiencing, he refused to see my wife & could only tell us to seek other dentist’s opinions (which we got two of).

3)       As soon as he found out my wife had to have her two teeth extracted, he gave us the runaround for over 1 week and held on to her records.  

4)       I went to their office to get a copy of her records, but they came up with various excuses that it wasn’t ready and to come back on Monday. (This was where I supposedly  climbed over there counter, grabbed my wife’s records and tore a sheet out of there)

5)   On the third attempt, we drove to their office & my only intentions were to escort my wife.

6)       At this time, I was told “I had a warrant out on me and not allowed in their office”. I laughed and said “do you mean a restraining order??” And Jennifer said “Yes, that’s it and we don’t want you in here!”  I was in disbelief because there was no such thing and she quickly slammed the door on me & locked my wife in their office.

7)       This is when they started pulling a good acting job on us. Rissa(secretary) was told by Jennifer to call 911 and sound frantic stating that “I looked so mad being locked outside,  I gestured my finger across my throat”, as if I wanted to slash their throats!! LOL (Yea I couldn’t believe this was on their court report!)

8)       All I did was stand outside and wait for the police escort that I called for prior to driving out there. The reason we did not wait for them was because police information said that it was not an emergency and may take a while.

9)       Jennifer came up with a lie that I forced my way into her office and I almost hit her head with the door. All this went on while they had my wife locked in their office and gave her the runaround. She clearly understood them speak in tagalong to stall in giving her records. They made her wait for a long period of time and handed her a bogus xray.

10)   The judge favored their preposterous request only because they pulled a very good acting job in sounding scared of me.  (Yea sure, all for a copy of dental records??)

 

“dr” Tuazon felt that the only way to stop me from asking for copies of my wife’s dental records was to act petrified of me, come up with outrageous lies and request a restraining order. Yes people, this is how sick this person is. Instead of apologizing and coming up with a solution, he went and took it into legal matters. I can assure you, he has a record of attending courts and being investigated.  He is very quick to cover his mistakes and brainwash his staff in siding with him. I know for a fact because Rissa(old secretary) quit early this year and told my wife that they plan on taking him to court and they requested our help in doing so.

Jennifer, please don’t remind me we are in America. I am an American citizen who proudly wears the USAF uniform, fighting for Iraqi’s freedom, while ignorant people like you screw innocent patients with fraudulent dental work.  Again, look in the mirror and use some common sense for once in your life. To this day I still shake my head about your idiotic comment about me when you requested that restraining order.  Jennifer Tuazon wrote in her statement 'he is in the military and I am sure he carries a gun. I am afraid he will use it on me!'  LOL!! Yes people, this is how ignorant she is. 4)  Give me one reason how I am, what you call “orally defaming” your boss/husband?

If telling the truth about our horrific dental experience in your place of business is wrong, then you need to think twice about that! This is NOT the Phililippines, its America let me remind you.

All I see here is that the dental office did everything within reasons and the legal way. They gave you due process and a chance to disprove them about you. The verdict was you are guilty of their accusations, hence the 3 year restraining order. I think you are underestimating us public by making you believe with your lies. The staff and doctors of Vacaville Dental Care used the legal system and slapped you a whopping 3 year restraining order. Do you really expect us to believe you with all your accusations when you have a motive to  mar their  credibility. What is your credibility when you yourself  is using the internet  to  cover up your restraining order. There  is California Dental Boards that govern this office why not  report them and  be vindicated if you really have this so called hard facts against this office. Why not go the legal route if you really have something against this office. You would really help us 'the public' if you would come up with proof and not just lies. I agree with this last comment by thanksdoc. You haven't shown any proof at this point. It is obvious that you are sulky, peevish and grumpy. The restraining order really messed you up. There is still chance to redeem yourself. Get out the hard cold facts about this office. Everything you mentioned about this office so far are all hearsay. Why do you think we would believe you over this office when all you do is a promise of exposing them with your so called hard evidence. Take the challenge of thanksdoc and use that evidence to expose them. There is California Boards that look after this so called fraudulent doctors. 6.       What kind of credibility do you have with that kind of court trial and BBB record?? (Going to small claims court, being reported to the Better Business Bureau, and “crying wolf” for a restraining order ONLY just for someone trying to obtain a copy of their dental records??)

7.     Why would someone of my immaculate 17 year military record want to do any harm to anyone for a simple request of dental records?

8.   WHAT in the hell would a $340 mouth guard do, to cause the pain that my wife was already suffering from?

9.   What do you refer to as the 'legal way?' Lying??

If lying to the police and in court to get a restraining order is what you call the 'legal way' then your patients and community need to know about your unethical ways.

 

Let me break it down to you all, especially for Jennifer & Ranilo Tuazaon:

 

-The only reason you requested this restraining order was to prevent me from asking for my wife’s dental records.

-The ONLY reason it was granted was because:

1) You all lied under oath, just as you did on your court papers.

2) In court, you stated that I forced my way into your office. My wife agreed that I tried to enter, but you exaggerated and made it sound like I tried to crush your head. (by the way, you are very good at acting scared for the silliest reason)

3) The judge granted it to be on the safe side; I highly stressed the fact to him that I had no intentions of dealing with you anymore. So he merely granted it, so you and your employees would feel safe.

 

I will clearly state it again for the record; the restraining order means NOTHING to me. You have never had the common sense to communicate effectively with me and you have never answered any of my questions, hence you acted/cried like a wuss and “slapped me with a restraining order”. 

The only reason I may sound disgruntled here is because of your preposterous lies to get the judge to approve the restraining order. Like I said before, you know how to work the system. I’ve done nothing more than tell the truth and share my story on websites such as this.

To all the people that have contacted me, here is our story again:

Hello everyone! All I want to do here is share our experience with this business. I've been to MANY dentists in my lifetime being a military dependent. We've been stationed all over the states, Europe, and Pacific bases...and I give this business a huge thumbs down for their awful patient care/service! Please keep in mind, we did not just wake up one day and decide to come up with this, we are purely speaking from experience.

I had major dental work done by dr Tuazon, and he never even prescribed me any medications after the procedure. I had to call them back the next day & tell them my mouth was feeling worse so I asked them to have some medication. It was a hassle explaining it to the staff, but eventually got some prescribed. After 48 hours of excruciating pain, the medication barely helped, so I asked if I can come in and get it looked at. They said it was not possible to come in and to seek another dentist opinion. So then I immediately went to the Emergency Room on base and they numbed my tooth. The standby dentists recommend I have it extracted. I called dr Tuazon again, & again he said he couldn’t help. After a full weekend of the worst pain you could ever imagine, I went to another dentist to get another opinion. She recommended tooth extraction as well, so I went and had it done.  dr Tuazon and his staff did nothing for me, so I decided to move onto another dentist.

We called VDC several times obtain a copy of my dental records, but we constantly got the runaround (lame excuses).  The next thing we know, we get notice that VDC wants a restraining order on my husband. WHAT, ALL for asking for a copy of my dental records??? Ranilo/jennifer tuazon & his staff provided numerous false accusations such as “Erwin Lara reached over the counter, grabbed his wife’s records and tore papers out of it”….and “he caused my pregnant secretary to lose her baby because of all the stress he put on her” LOL!! Yes people, that outrageous!!   Obviously dr tuazon needed time to alter my records. Why accuse someone of tearing papers out of it and refusing to make copies for their new dentist!??   I'm guessing these ridiculously false accusations stemmed from our negative Better Business Bureau report.

My husband never said/did nothing wrong and was even willing to pay for a copy of my records. This dentist and staff lied in court and pulled an acting job looking petrified of him. They took full advantage me feeling extremely exhausted while under oath. I had just returned from my mothers’ funeral and a very long flight from the Philippines. No compassion or remorse from VDC, whatsoever

In court, the judge asked me if my husband attempted to enter this dental office forcefully.  I said yes, but nowhere near the way Jennifer tuazon exaggerated the incident!  My husband ONLY tried to open the door forcefully because Jennifer tuazon locked me in there! They said my records were ready for pickup, instead they pulled an acting job to make it look like they were being harassed. My husband never 'attempted to slam the door on jennifer's head and force open the door' as they stated in court. My husband calmly waited outside for the police.  After all of the chaos and police interviews, the only thing they gave me was one sheet of xrays from my record. Again, they gave us the runaround and it was all a plan to look 'threatened/harassed'

We've received emails from their former friends/patients that took them to small claims court. Unfortunately they lost as well..ONLY because the tuazons lied again. This dental business obviously knows how to work the system. When a business has the power to alter your records, their integrity, morals and professionalism become the real issue. 

There are always two sides to every story. Luckily we have proof of all their lies. They provided an extremely horrible service to us and we are just sharing it. Their post op patient care was non existant & resulted in four days of excruciating pain and loss of two teeth.

Hello again.

I did not fashion myself responding in any way again in this matter but, lo & behold, it seems necessary.  If you will check in the local directory (as I just did today) for this business it states and I quote, 'This business may be closed'.  This should close the matter on this board.  If this doctor is now no longer in business he probably soon will be.  Some very serious mistakes were made and the competition is simply too great for any one doctor to have any such seriously angry clients or patients, as he does.

I have told my experience with Dr. Tuazon, after having been, by far, his greatest fan, I suspect.  He lied to me, swindled me out of nearly $5,000 and then lied in court to keep it.  The main reason she found 'in his favor' was that he had documented my visits and treatment.  Well, duh, Mz. Dummy Commissioner!  Ya think?

She then failed to ask again her original question, 'Well, then, Dr. Tuazon, if there WASN'T any infection--as she says you told her there WAS--THEN WHY DID YOU DO ALL THESE PROCEDURES?????????'  She could have nailed his butt to the courtroom floor.  (Stupid lady.)

If anyone has done 'oral defamation' it is Dr. Tuazon.  He has brought all of this on himself, I figure.  I have gone on with my life and have advised Mr. Lara to do likewise and not waste any more of his time trying to prevent others from getting worthless treatment.  (If you want to go, go!)

In fairness to Dr. Tuazon, I am sure that there ARE some very satisfied customers.  NO ONE screws up every time! NO ONE goes 'fishing without bait'.  But the fatal issue here is character flaws.  I am dead certain he lied to get a huge amount of money that day, then lied to keep.  Bottom line.

And as to the issue of all 'positive'respondents  being, in actuality, Mrs. Tuazon-- I second that notion.  They became obviously desperate to keep their business afloat.  Can you blame them?  However, in these new times of the internet, and with such skyrocket amounts ($5,000?!!)....it doesn't take much to get the word around--AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.

Is it worth it to take the chance of a repeat performance of the bad experiences?  Are you kidding me? Is it REALLY worth it?

As to those who slander Mr. Lara, you are probably just a little nuts if you can't figure some things out.  1)  I have spoken to him and he is a totally normal guy from what I can ascertain. A little justifiably pissed off perhaps, but he was in the right here. And, BTW, there is no way that he could even physically DO what they claim he tried to do, but I do not wish to get sidetracked today.  If you want details, you can just scroll to my post describing the office layout and how it is completely impossible and highly improbably that he tried to scale, jump, dive or otherwise breach an almost chest-high entrance counter.

2) I could get a restraining order against Mr. Lara if I wanted to.  It was easy for them to do and it was unnecessary really. 

3) All they had to do to completely have avoided the situation????  Just give Mr. Lara his wife's dental records as THEY STATED THEY WOULD!  Is that so hard for all you readers to figure out? (Don't focus on Mr. Lara so much as you focus on his wife's TWO LOST TEETH!)

Come on now.  Mr. Lara is justified and the dental practice is probably out of business and that is probably a very good thing.

'As a former employee, i can guarantee you this is the WORST dental office i have ever worked at! All of the previous posts are Dr. T, claiming to be patients. I have witnessed with my own two eyes Dr T writing posts, pretending to be a patient. Alot of illegal things go on behind the doors. Dr. T and his wife are liars, yet they claim to be catholic... they are only fooling themselves. They own 13 houses, and try to make every penny possilbe to make their morgage payments! They will do whatever they can to get as much money they can from you. They have even told patients they needed certain procedures that they really did not need. They could care less about their employees, as well as their patients! They MAKE unlicensed dental assistants perform procedures that MUST, by California state law, be licensed to perform. They charge for so called 'Build-ups' that they never performed. They are being sued by many past patients. I HIGHLY advise you, DO NOT GO TO VACAVILLE DENTAL CARE!!! You will be sorry you did!!'

Believe us, a couple that has lost 2 teeth and given a restraining order, all for merely sharing our horrific experience with the public. We just wanted to move onto another dentist. Doctor T has always been a great dentist and very compassionate. We put up a website to show the public the truth and the true motivation behind the multiple posting of Erwin Lara under different names pretending to be a patient, a former employee and I don't know what else he would come up with. Visit www.meetTHEhoodwinker.com , a site dedicated to ERWIN Lara's motivation to lie about this doctor or simply google his name ERWIN LARA is see what he is really all about. The website will show you the real motivation behind the lies he tells about Dr. Tuazon and Vacaville Dental Care. Dr. T is a great person and a great dentist. You know what they say you cannot put a good man down. 

Jennifer, you are only saying he is a great dentist because he is your husband/scam artist partner. You put up a idiotic website to try and demoralize a customer of yours because it is your only means of trying to bring your awful dental business back. You had to find some way to make your selves look good and praise yourselves, because U know damn right no one else would! Your 'crying wolf' restraining order does not exist, but our proof of your lies and real truth about your crappy business will always be shared with the public.

Just Google, Yahoo or any web search engine..and U will be able to tell the REAL truth over the pathological lies which the Tuazon's came up with. Anything that mentions 'harrassment, violence, threat or hoodwinker.com' are all their lies. 

Dr. T is NOT a good man, because he's not only been down, but he's been out!!

Shit...I may need to reevaluate this dentist...this guy is always pushing expensive mouth guards on my wife.

If you have read negative reviews about the dental service of Ranilo & jennifer Tuazon(owners of Vacaville Dental Clinic) and do not believe them, then you are only fooling yourself!  What they have been doing seems to have been a trend in the past several years.

If you are a patient of theirs, do you yourself a favor and seek a much better dentist.   Do not fall for their fake 'kindness & concern' which will only last during your first couple appointments. I can assure you, by now they have been asking their patients to sign a 'Cannot post negative comments online' contract, just as the dentist did in the above article.  They resort to boosting their own ratings by impersonating happy/satisfied customers, as I have seen numerous postings that sound all too familiar.
We have no reason to exaggerate or lie about them, as we were victims of their awful service for several months & simply want to warn others from being scammed & victimized as we have.   The tuazons are EXTREMELY incompetent,  compassionless, unethical, greedy lowlifes that only intend to scam patients with their horrible third world medical degrees.   If you don't believe us, ask them how many times they've been to court.  They have a record of taking their patients to court first, to prevent them from being sued first.  This is when their maniacal lies and antics begin.  Also ask if they have had negative comments in the Better Business Bureau. Believe them or not, but doing a little homework, you will find the truth.  
The tuazons are best described as the dr conrad murray's of dentists.  Please don't wait until it's too late!
We are simply speaking from experience & all we can say is: Avoid ranilo and jennifer tuazon/vacaville dental care by all means necessary!!
