Dr. Yanky is great.  However, staff is another matter.  I walked in at 1:00pm and was told Dr. Yanky does not take in walk-in appointments and that Dr. was double booked that day. 

I was ill, and needed nasal spray to restore my ability to breathe immediately.  I explained I was coughing yellow/green mucus and needed Veramyst as my allergies respond well to this treatment, per my allergist.

I called back at 3:50pm and was told the Dr. would get my message.  I called back the next day at 2:00pm and was told the pharmacy was given the order the day before, but no one had called to tell me.  Staff said they were not told to call me and did not know to follow up yet.

On my previous new patient visit, I had scheduled a pap smear - so I thought.  Dr. Yanky kindly did the pap, but informed me she was no longer practicing the OB speciality and did not know she was to do one.  I had specifically told staff I selected Dr. Yanky, as a family practitioner, since she had an OB and liked the idea of seeing one doctor for myself and family, once I had children.

Two times I have had problems with staff regarding appointments, perscription orders and a lack of follow up response from staff.  I will not be returning to this office again.  I expect better service and will vote with my feet.
