The office person who handles the insurance didn't return phone calls when I left a voicemail asking her to call me back, please.  I did leave my phone number.  She also wouldn't respond to inquiries from my disability insurance company.  Dr. Marin may be a great surgeon but three months after doing a bone reduction on my hand I have an even larger more painful lump than before he operated.  He said we may go back and operate again in three months.  I'd like to know who's going to pay for it?  And for my time off?
