Dr. Pilgram is a very good doctor. Seems to be sincerely concerned about his patients. His office staff is absolutely ridiculous. Rude in person, more rude on the phone. They seem to be sincerely concerned about anything besides patients. Getting someone on the telephone to help you is a joke. If you can actually get someone to return telephone calls, they actually speak down to you, as if you don't know anything. Other doctor's offices' staff are kind, get back to you quickly, and try to be very helpful. If I judged Dr. Pilgram on his staff, I would never go back again. I can't tell if they are rude, or if Dr. Pilgram gives then directions to be rude. In any event, no one, not even Dr. Pilgram, has the right to treat patients as important human beings, just as he would not like to be treated as an unimportant person who needed medical or any other type of help.
