As a medical doctor and psychologist, I cannot more highly recommend Dr. Niki Andrews and her wonderful, professional, staff.

Let me tell you why.  I had fired my prior, grouchy, mean, old Little Rock dentist after he and his staff treated my wife with callous disregard, but that's a different story.  I was between dentists when I fractured a molar during the weekend.  As you might imagine, this is a painful and disturbing experience that pretty much ruins everything about your life from sleep to eating.

So, I had an emergency on my hands.  At my sister's urging, I called her Little Rock dentist.  She felt sure if I 'dropped her name', they would show mercy and help me out. Well, talking to the 'great man's' office staff was like being scraped off the bottom of somebody's shoe.  They couldn't care less about how much pain I had, or even recommend another dentist.  That they didn't care was about as obvious as hitting a brick wall at 80 m.p.h.  I told them I was referred by one of the dentist's patients, but they didn't know who she was or care either.  As far as I'm concerned, the doctor is ultimately responsible for the way his staff treats the public, so at this point I didn't want to see him anymore, anyway.

By pure luck I called Dr. Andrews office from the telephone book and told the Office Manager, Tonita, my problem.  Bless her 10+ perfect heart!  She was sympathetic and found me some emergency time right away.  The other outer office staff person is Kim, whose friendly smile and nice temperament is always 10+ also.  Both these ladies are really nice, and will always make your entry and exit a pleasure.

So, what about Dr. Niki Andrews?  Well, I've got to tell you that as a medical doctor I'm pretty picky about people doing things to my body.  Dr. Andrews is a highly-skilled, gentle, and compassionate dentist who relieved my suffering by doing something immediately about my tooth.  She's also the only dentist I've ever heard of who will call to see how you're doing once you've gone home.  Dr. Andrews and her staff deliver the kind of care everybody wants, but can rarely have in real life.  I've had many dentists over my life, but she's the best.  Subsequent to my initial visit, I've had a lot of dental work done and have always been pleased.  Dr. Andrews' assistant, June, is top-of-the-line.  She knows what she's doing and is very pleasant.

The two dental hygienists, Joanie and Jessica, are two professionals that will make your tooth-cleaning and check-up about as good as it gets. They are both very likeable and competent 10+.  You can't get better.

If you want to be treated like a human being, with skill and compassion, you can't go wrong with Dr. Andrews and her staff.  You'll leave with a smile on your face--I have, many times--and I've never considered writing anything like this for any other dentist.  If all of this sounds 'too glowing', all I can say is I can't help it.  I have to describe them the way I see them.
