This is the worst experience I have ever had with any billing department in my life. When asked to bill a secondary insurance I was told It was not their problem. They would not even check the address that they sent the bill to at first due to irritation that i would question their judgement. They made a mistake on my bill and did not input the insurance adjustment then i had to do all of the leg work to figure this out all the while receiving the worst attitude possible from a human being. I never received a call back from the answering service i just had to continue to call through out the day until someone picked up. Dr. Nayak was an adequate doctor and i will not insult her abilities but i will strongly warn anyone from EVER dealing with this office to to the staff in this facility.
