She is one of the kindest, most caring doctors I have. Since meeting her in 2007, my pain level has decreased and I am functioning at a much higher level. Dr Welsch is an extremely inlelligent and competent woman. As a woman I appreciate that. On more than one visit we discussed my medications various other ailments and treatments. There are reasons why she says the things that she does. Did you ask her why she said the things she said? Finding out the reasons often changes the entire context of a situation such as reluctance to up the dose of a particular medication, or why it might be better for a doctor who is offering you advice about what another doctor is doing take over your treatment for pain management. You have maligned a truly great doctor. Ask the nurses and staff at the hospitals where she is on staff. They know who the good docs are! She is one of them- This is my response to Rat- I truly believe that I would still be laying in bed in pain for most of my day if I did not find Dr. Sathi-Welsch. She is top notch!!! |
