I was seen at this office and had a wonderful experience. I went in not thinking I would stay for treatment as I was looking for a second opinion. Like most people I hate going to the dentist and I am TERRIFED!!! As it turns out it was a good experience. The office is modern and in a location close to my job. The staff here is extremely warm and welcoming. I had a short wait before seeing the dentist, but I guess that helped me calm down a bit. I was taken back and had x-rays done while watching TV (it was a great distraction for me). The doctor I had seen two months prior said I needed 2 crowns, a bunch of fillings and a deep cleaning. The dentist checked my teeth and she explained all treatment that was needed....which ended up being much less than at the previous office I was seen at. I saw pictures of the teeth that needed work and it made perfect sense to me why she told me one tooth would need a crown and the others could be filled again but may need crowns in the future. I feel really great that I sought out a second opinion; it ended up being truly worth my time. The doctor is really sweet and easy to talk to...I would recommend this office to all my friends and family. I Love Dr. Bibb.
