My visit to her office was not a pleasant one at all. I waited in the waiting room for an hour and in the actual exam room for another hour...only to be told I would have to make another appointment. I've called her office many times needing semi-emergent returned phone calls, and I've never gotten a response in under a week. The office staff is very rude and don't give you time to explain the reason you're calling...they just say to hold and send you to an answering machine. |
