Dr. Menosky is an exellent doctor, I have been his patient since I turned 18 over 10 years ago. He has always been nice to me. I give him a 10. However his physicians assistant Jennifer is not all that bright. I went in because my hand hurt and could visibly see something is wrong. She sent me to get x-rays, the x ray place said the results would be back in 24 hrs. I didn't hear anything for days. I called and asked, no one knew, they said they would call back. I waited a few more days, I went in, my hand really hurts, they told me that it was only bruised. I asked to go to a specialist, and they sat on their hands as far as making the appointment in a timely manner. the specialist is now telling me I more than likely have a ruptured ligament band and will probably require surgery. So not a bruise. I would not suggest seeing her for anything other than a cold. I would give her a 3. His nurses are typically really nice too. I would give them a 10. The receptionists on the other hand are rude and don't seem to care about getting back to you, much less are even able to properly relay messages accurately to the doctor. Dude, get rid of the PA and get new receptionists and your office will be a 10! |
