06/15/11 Dr Borrego EXELLENT&KNOWLEDGEABLE. Incident 6/15/11. Took son-12 yrs lump on nipple Gave Ins card clerk entered BCBS ‘TX’ instead of ‘NJ', Ins showed 'INACTIVE' wascharged cash for visit, promptly paid with CC. Mngr 'Josie’ said claim will run again Mnday, refused to give me Rfn, only 'credit on account' Dr. gave PeaceOfMmind-requested ultrasound to be on safe side (usually kids play twisting nipple) Dr called on results (no info over phone) Got nervous thinking was serious otherwise, would not call me. Went to appmt on 6/22/11, Dr. said ‘all is fine’ did not charge me Requested Rfn, told me call in a month.  Ins had TWO claims (on 15 and 22). Called in a month, told me to call following Mnday or Tusday. Called again, said were deducting $15 co-pay for visit 6/22. THIS IS REASON WHY INSURANCES ARE HIGH! No Rfn yet,Josie said call again in another MONTH-claim 6/22 visit posted, not 6/15 -how convenient! EXCELLENT DR but GREEDbeforeETHICS! Sad to think twice before going to a GREAT DOCTOR
