I was referred to Dr. DeSantis after moving to Staten Island from Manhattan. My previous Dentist was also a board certified Prosthodontist so I felt comfortable with the referral. Dr. DeSantis is an extremely personable and knowledgeable practitioner. I was impressed with not only impeccable credentials but a warm personality. After a thorough examination ( including an oral cancer exam) it was determined that a previous porcelain inlay and my tooth had fractured and the tooth required a new restoration. After two very comfortable visits I now have a beautiful porcelain onlay that blends beautifully with my other teeth. Colleen the office manager was also very accomidating and the staff warm and friendly. This was a very positive experience and I am happy to have been referred to Dr. DeSantis. Even more so I am happy that the fees are ' Staten Island' and less then I am accustomed to paying in Manhattan. ***** 5 stars out of 5 |

I was so lucky to have been treated by the wonderful Dr. DeSantis. I absolutlely love my smile and could not be happier. I suffered for many years and had no luck with dentists on Staten Island and off. He truly surpassed all of my expectations and was very compassionate and caring. Dr. DeSantis is extremely knowledgeable and looked out for my overall well-being, not just my teeth. He has created such a professional, pristine envirornment in which I have had enough confidence to have recommended numerous family members and friends to him. His staff was very friendly and helpful and did nothing short of making me feel comfortable. It was such a relief to have found him and I'm glad that for five years I have been under the care of Dr. DeSantis.

I was reading google when I came across this review... I dont know who this guy is that wrote the above review but they are obviously a problem person. I have never been to a more caring Doctor! Dr. DeSantis is a consumate professional and a professor besides being a Prosthodontist.
He has provided much care for myself and family.
Everything has been done excellently and he has developed an excellent reputation.
Whatever this mans problem was ... maybe he was the problem... or he was in someone elses office
