Office visits were fine for several years. Recently had some physical problems and cancer scares that were completely blown off and ignored despite radiologist recommendations. Nurses and doctor were too busy to contact health insurance provider in order to recommend the proper testing. Finally had to fax my own medical records to the insurance provider as when I requested the office to do it 4 times, it was never done. Would not recommend this practice and have decided to go elsewhere. Doctor is way over booked and has no recollection of patient history and no follow up at all. |
