When I was at this urologist's group practice, Urology Centers of Alabama, I had a urology question about a small lesion (turned out to be an acticic keratosis, caused by the sun-- like I had previously had). My regular urologist was not available that day and so Dr. Hammontree was called in to check me. He was pleasant to talk to and seemed to have a sense of humor. He confirmed what I thought I had, and gave me a prescription for the same medication I had used for the problem about 3 years earler. Although our exchange and his examination of me were brief, I was favorably impressed with him. I found him to be nonjudgemental and willing to listed to my questions and then fully answer them.
