I recently found this hospital, Towne & Country during an emergency with my dog, I was very surprised by the doctor and her assistants (nurse or tech?). They really cared and even though my dog needed surgery and I was sick with worry, they helped me through it. My dog is home now and doing fine. I have told everyone I know with a pet about this place they're great.

I agree with 'TCAHTruth', he knows what he is talking about!! The gig is up, we know it's you (Dr. Gerster) leaving all the positive comments.
It's pretty obvious that the wording in the comments matches the wording used in their advertising.
Anyone who knows Dr. Gerster personally, or even went to high school with her, knows how fake she really is. She was like that back then and is still like that to this day. All she cares about is the money walking through that door, not how your pet is doing. Which is the reason why she doesn't care that she is consistently late for her appointments, or revealing someone's financial status, ie. sent to collections.
One last thing, all the 'people' leaving positive comments, why don't you want to leave your name or any other form of identification?? You're saying all nice things, so why hide who you are??
FYI I haven't posted any comments on this site although the positive ones are appreciated. I wish each posting was required to leave proper identification, but then I guess people like yourself coudn't continue your cyberbulling ways.
You could continue to slander our hospital and the good work it does and bite the hand that feeds you or you could find a more productive way to spend you time.

i am disappointed in these reviews! the positive reviews and rebuttals are obviously written by the Dr.Gerster herself.
The correctly spelled Towne & Country Animal Hospital (note the ampersand (&) and E on the end of towne), as well as the 24/7 (as they word their advertisement), give her away! i would be more likely to listen to the other comments.
AND... the clients financial status (sent to collections) is a breach of privacy, and should be punished! Ridiculous!
