I got my breast implants done. They look great! Dr. Henry made my breasts beautiful. Before I got the surgery I was so unhappy with my breasts, especially after having two kids. My self esteem was so low and it changed when I went to Dr. Henry! Ever since she did my surgery, my breasts look fantastic and I am very confident in/with my body. Thank you so much Dr. Henry!!! Just a side note, not only was Dr. Henry amazing, her whole staff was. Everyone did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. She has changed my life and I recomend her to all!!! **This review was written from a computer in Dr. Henry's office but is an authentic patient review**

Doing a lookup shows this IP address has an ISP of 'KIMBERLY HENRY MD'. It appears the scorecard above came from Henry's office and the same IP used by Blogger2, who wrote comments implying they worked in Henry's office.

No where in the comments by 'RoPhlek' does it reveal that this is Henry or an employee of Henry. But yet, it came from an ISP labeled 'KIMBERLY HENRY MD'. Normally, we delete suspicious scorecards like this, but due to the legal actions by Henry, it seems appropriate to leave the evidence online as it was and let the public decide for themselves if this scorecard comes from a legitimate patient.
