The ladies in the office are extremely pleasant and professional and make you feel so welcome - especially when you are in pain they will do their utmost to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Wynne himself listens well and addresses your pain then gives you helpful advice on how to heal yourself while he treats your pain. I find everyone in the office not only addresses your physical health but your mental health by making you feel like part of the family and as if you do truly matter. They make an awesome team.

The Florida Highway Patrol has arrested a Lake Mary doctor in a hit-and-run crash that occurred in February and left a Lehigh Acres woman dead.
Dr. Kevin Wynne, 43, has been charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving death for the Feb. 26 incident that killed 50-year-old Sabra Vocaturo, said FHP Sgt. Kim Montes.
Vocaturo, of Lehigh Acres, and her husband, were in the area in late February for the Daytona 500 race, Montes said. The night of the crash, Vocaturo and her spouse were riding their bikes south on SR 415, heading to their motel in Lake Mary, Vocaturo’s family said recently.
That was the evening that the Daytona 500 was cancelled because of rain.
The back of Vocaturo’s 2011 Harley Davidson motorcycle was struck by a white Infiniti sport utility vehicle that was also heading south on SR 415, Montes said.
Sabra Vocaturo of Lehigh Acres, was killed on SR 415 by a hit-and-run driver, the Florida Highway Patrol said
When the SUV struck Vocaturo’s bike, it sent the Harley and Vocaturo into the northbound lanes. At that point two other cars ran over Vocaturo, Montes said.
Wynne never stopped the Infiniti to check on Vocaturo or her husband, the FHP said.
The day after the wreck — Feb. 27 — a lawyer for Wynne called the FHP and told them that the SUV had been left in Deltona at a parking lot on Howland Boulevard, Montes said.
Wynne was arrested Thursday after an extensive investigation, Montes said.
Wynne was been booked into the Seminole County Jail and is on $50,000 bond.
According to FHP, the four leading reasons why motorists flee accidents are because they don’t have a driver’s license, they don’t have insurance, they are wanted on criminal charges or they are impaired.
“Dr. Wynne had a license, had insurance, wasn’t wanted and we don’t know about the other,” said Montes.
After the 6:59 p.m. crash, Wynne drove about 12 miles south to Deltona where he parked outside a Sav-a-Lot store on Howland Boulevard, records say.
Wynne then used his cell phone to call a friend, Erica Youngblood of Orlando, who picked him up and drove him home to Heathrow in Seminole County, records show.
Cell-phone records obtained under subpoena by FHP indicated Wynne spent the hours before the crash in New Smyrna Beach. He left the coast sometime after 5:24 p.m. when he paid his tab at Gnarley Surf Bar & Grill, according to his arrest affidavit.
It could not be learned what Wynne ordered at the popular restaurant or how long he had stayed.
By tracking the transmission towers handling Wynne’s cell phone calls that evening, FHP learned he drove west on State Road 44 and turned south on State Road 415, passing through the stretch of road where Vocatura was hit and “then proceed into the Deltona area after the time of the crash,” records show.
Wynne, a chiropractor, was named by Orlando Magazine as one of the region’s top doctors. According to the article, Wynne focuses on “effective, non-surgical treatment for neck, back, disc herniations, headaches, pinched nerves, scoliosis and many other ailments, including those resulting from auto accidents.”
He graduated from Florida State University and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University. He also previously served as team chiropractor for the Orlando Predators, the Atlanta Braves during spring training and has provided care for numerous PGA Tour professionals, according to the article.
His practice’s website Thursday afternoon touted Wynne’s care for auto accident victims. The page was taken down later in the day.
