I love Dr. Schwartz- I have gone to her for over 8 years and am so disappointed to have to leave her and go to another endocrinologist. I just cannot sit in her waiting room as long as I do. Every time I go to her I wait at least 2 hours. That is my biggest complaint-it is so inconsiderate. I could understand once or twice, but it is every time and I just cannot tolerate it anymore. My biggest complaint is with her staff-they are completely unprofessional on every level. They have screwed up my prescriptions on several occasions and not called them in for me or even not called me back when I needed to speak to them. I also feel that when you have a biopsy and are waiting for the results the physician should call you back whether they are positive or negative and not a staff member. I was disappointed to not have heard my biopsy results from Dr. Schwartz herself. I have recommended her to so many people who now are her patients. I am so disappointed. |
