I've been to this practice a number of times with my family over the last several years. We have seen both Dr.s VanHoose and Erbaugh and were very pleased with their skill level and bedside manner. Dr. VanHoose saw me for both my initial visit and an emergency root canal. She was very knowledgeable and gentle when it came to do the procedure. Having poor experiences in the past with dentists I waited until my tooth was crumbling and the nerve was exposed to seek treatment. I was certain there was not going to be enough of the tooth to save but she quickly reassured me that a root canal and cap would keep the tooth in my mouth where it belonged. Dr. VanHoose has a quiet and composed demeanor that calms her patients. Her education and skill level are excellent. She is informed and seems up to date with dental procedures. Dr. VanHoose answers all questions posed to her with enough information for the patient but not too much to overwhelm them. She speaks to patients and families in a kind and compassionate manner and does not condescend. We could not be more thrilled with Dr. VanHoose and the rest of the staff at the office. We will continue to refer friends and family to Erbaugh and VanHoose.
