2007 Dr. Jon Greenfield is not the orthopedic surgeon you would want to go to. To get an appointment I had to wait on hold for with a machine for at least 7-10 mins. When I went to my appt., I waited for forty five minutes to be seen because he had emergencies. His exam took 2 minutes and he didn't take a x-ray because there were too many people waiting for the machine. Then his staff never put the time to preauthorize my insurance especially when I called them twice to do so and I ended up paying for my MRI out of pocket!!! When I called to tell his office manager about the problem, she says they are all stressed and understaffed and there's nothing they can do about it. I changed doctors and had a much better experience somewhere else. Wholesale doctoring is not for me.
