John E. Frank performed unauthorized and unethical surgical procedures which resulted in hemorrhagic blood loss, permanent disfigurement, permanent nerve damage, and permanent scarification to me. John E. Frank and his unlicensed sales staff use forceful high pressure sales tactics to coerce and cajole patients into suffering and paying for unnecessary and harmful surgical procedures. Before, during and after my surgery John E. Frank committed medical malpractice. While I was anesthetized and without my written or oral authorization, John E. Frank drastically and unethically expanded and altered the surgical scope and sequence of his surgery on me causing permanent damage to my physical health. He said, ' I (John E. Frank) made a mistake. I (John E. Frank) miscommunicated and there was a mix-up in communication. Take some Tylenol and/or Valium and maybe after a few years you won't notice the pain (blood loss, disfigurement, nerve damage & scarification).' John E. Frank's unethical medical malpractice, mistakes, and efforts to conceal his medical malpractice and mistakes were made by him solely for his monetary benefit. John E. Frank's colleagues say, 'John E. Frank's techniques are out of date; and he is out of control.' |
