Dr. John DePaoli's medical practice is run like a factory assembly line. Patients are mere #'s and he primary ambition is clear - to maximize his productivity to ensure profit. He is not there for the well-being of his patients but to fuel his own goals. His staff like him are extremely arrogant, uncaring and have lack of follow-through. I witnessed a poor immigrant patient who pleaded with the receptionist in regards to how does one get an appointment if the office message machine refuses to take requests/messages, there is a sign not to walk-in to make an appointment and the lines are occupied all day - he was struggling and almost crying - she couldn't care less. Dr. Maria DePaoli left her patients waiting for her return - no sign of her and it has been almost 4 years.....He needs a lesson in communication 101 and medical knowledge is lacking at best. |
