I brought my 14yr old daughter to the Chelsa MHNI clinic on Sept 2010 what a waist of money and time! Dr Saper could not fix my daughters headachs so he blamed me and my wife!!! Adding insult to injury by telling me that my daughter is over exaggerating her migriane condition and that we need to just send her to school even if she is puking her guts out! What an arrogant asshole! He is really just a business man looking to cash in on his multi million dollar business praying on the sick!!
