Dr. Lai did a great job at my first physical, she listened to me without interrupting and addressed all my issues. I even got a summary of the plan at the end of the visit with my medicines, labs, and personal instructions! Dr. Lai is listed as the department head of the department of internal medicine and it is easy to see why she is so popular among my coworkers and friends.
