Dr. Jeffrey Wong nearly killed me when he wrongly told me I had cancer and then he botched an operation which caused me to be tube fed for a year.

Me Before Dr. Wong's Mistakes     -     Me After Dr. Wong'sMistakes

He Told Me I Had Kidney Cancer When I Did Not Have Cancer

HeOperated for Cancer and Removed My Kidney Anyway

He Mistakenly Cut My Intestine Several Times During Their Operation

He Did Not Fix His Surgical Mistakes

Their Blunders Required My Hospitalization & Tube Feeding For A Year

I had to find and pay another doctor to fix me a year after their mistakes

Their Mistakes Permanently Damaged Me

It cost me several million dollars for his mistakes, however,

The More Mistakes he Made, The More Money he Pocketed

My Preferences for My Medical Treatment

  •        I  would prefer that they had done a biopsy before the operation to confirm that I did not have cancer, which they did not do.

  •          I would prefer that they had not told me that I needed a kidney operation immediately so that I would have had time to get a second opinion from competent doctors.

  •          I would prefer that they had done a frozen section biopsy at the beginning of the operation to confirm that I did not have cancer.

  •         Since I did not have cancer I would prefer that they had not removed my kidney.

  •          I would prefer that they had removed only the small benign tumor on my kidney which is what the competent doctors did for Sir Sean Connery.

  •          MOST IMPORTANT, I would prefer that they had not mistakenly cut my duodenum several times during their operation.

  •             I would prefer that they would have had the proper medical skills to safely do an operation on me.

  •          If they did not have the skills to safely do an operation on me I would prefer that they had referred me to competent doctors who did have those skills.

  •            I would prefer to have NOT been tube fed and bedridden for a year due to their mistakes.

  •          I would prefer that they had fixed their mistakes, which they did not do.

  •             I would prefer to not pay enormous amounts of money for their mistakes.

  •           I would prefer that they not pocket more money for making  more mistakes, which they did anyway.

The illustration below shows where the kidney is located.

Wong cut me low, as shown by the tip of the red arrow,

so that you can see how far he had to reach for my kidney.

I would have been better off going to a Primitive Witch Doctor

The scorecard created by 'jweathers' has been deleted. (jweathers gave Dr. Wong a perfect 10.) jweathers did not enter a valid email address into the site so we could not contact that user to verify some comments made. To protect the integrity of the site, we have chosen to remove that scorecard.

I am so sorry that you suffered as a results of that BUTCHER!

My mother had a similar situation caused by an incompetent, arrogant asshole dentist. His shoddy work left her partially paralyzed with mouth, ear problems for years.

Sorry that that BUTCHER caused you so much grief.

You must continue to pursue him. It took my family almost 8 yrs to get some action against the incompetent, arrogant dentist that KILLED OUR GRANDMOTHER.

Dr. Jeff Wong nearly killed my Uncle when he cut his duodenum several times by mistake.. After these awful mistakes my uncle spent the next 14 months near death in a nursing home & hospitals while being tube fed. We were sure he was going to die. Only a miracle and many other competent doctors saved his life. Most notable were the doctors in Baltimore and D.C. We could not find any competent doctor in Virginia to fix Wong's mistakes. The State of Virginia protects doctor mistakes by making a lawsuit totally impractical to sue. I suspect that may be the reason he practices in the State of Virginia. YOU may WANT TO AVOID DR. JEFFREY WONG - HE was truly THE Wrong WONG DOCTOR FOR This JOB - Go to him at your own peril. I am appalled that such a doctor can continue to practice medicine anywhere in America.

THhs is about the worst I have ever read. I'd feel like marching outside his office with a sign warning folks they might suffer the same fate. I hope you have filed every malpractice thing you can. Unfortunately, in regard to urology, I think it is had to win most cases. I had horrible complications as a result of 3 prostate operations and it appears the urologist who did them is virtually untouchable in ALABAMA---so you might not want to have urinary trouble in my state either, well at least NOT in the town I live in.

Good Luck

Has anyone checked out where he got his learning from? I thought the chinese were smart. How in the world is our country letting someone like this practice here. Someone should help 'us'not these butchers that come here from other countries. This person should have his own Dr. treat him has he has done to others. What goes around comes around 2 fold.

Dr. Wong, even if (hypothetically) the organ you decided to remove from this patient turned out after the fact to have been cancerous, the fact remains that removing a person's vital organs without verifying beforehand that they need removal is a very bad thing to do.  Botching the surgery on top of that already horrific error just puts it over the top.  You should find another, less dangerous, line of work.
