Ive had an ongoing series of treatments where Dr. Pozner used a laser to revise a hypertrophic, discolored scar on my abdomen. It seems like every publication or every article I pick up he is somehow associated in a teaching capacity or a lecturing capacity or an education capacity, and I figured if anybody knew my unique situation hed be able to figure out a way to solve it. The last treatment was done three weeks ago. Ive noticed the dramatic change, as well as they seemed to notice the change even more and they suggest changes in my treatment each time for me to have a better outcome. Everybody in the office communicates well. Dr. Pozner is great with his ability to communicate and understand your needs and desires. A lot of places you go in and you ask for something, and they say yes, yes, yes, and when you come out its not quite what you were thinking but maybe what they were thinking. But with Dr. Pozner you really get a sense of security, a sense of comfort with him that youre both on the same page. Hes very realistic and has the philosophy of under promising and over delivering. I think were both a little impressed on how much better it came out! |
