I went to the ER in Hot Springs and was informed a cyst had burst and to see my primary Dr. within the next 24 hours. I called for 3 days begging for an appointment and was told they would call back. Finally on day 3, my husband went to the clinic and asked what the problem was and that I was @ home in severe pain with nausea, what did they do? Called the police on my husband and he is a cop. I called another dr. and Dr. Jackson said get into my office now. What he found in less than an hour was a tube had flipped around an ovary and I had a massive blood clot that was rupturing. I was in emergency surgery within an hour and had to have a hysterectomy. Dr Parchman has still never called to check on me. It has been 4 months and I would be dead if it was left to her and her staff. The saddest part is I am an RN with her hospital. If that is Mercy Service I want NO part of it. Shame on you Dr. Parchman and Shame on your staff. If you don't want to see your pt's then close your doors.
