I must say, this man is the rudest person I ever met. He failed to diagnois my HELLP syndrome and Factor IV disorder until I almost died, I delieved prem., while loosing two and my one was born under 4 lbs. I Googled him and he has a Facebook acct. Go there and ask him how to get your records. He is the scum of the earth.
