Too bad you feel this way. I would give him a 10. I was at the Cleveland Clinic before and that by far was a worse experience. Dr. Liu is a great doctor. He took the time to explain things to me. He never did any unnecessary procedures, but you always have to ask questions. Most fertility isn't covered anyway so how do you really know that he only does the ones not covered? He is the reason for many pregnancies of my friends and of course mine. They all came from the Cleveland Clinic where Dr. Jeffery Goldberg failed them. So if you want a baby you may want to try again because speaking from experience the Cleveland Clinic is not a good alternative. The nursing staff was also great. There were a few nurses or others that didn't always make my experience great, but trust me on him having better success rates. I was a case that was pretty hopeless and Dr. Liu took the time to figure out the best protocol for me. He actually wanted to figure it out to help me conceive.  I wish you the best, but do NOT consider the clinic you will not be happy. Terrible success rates and you will just be a number.
