I believe that Dr. Collins' office would run more efficiently if he had more experienced professional staff. I am sure that the fact that there are absolutely NO dental colleges in the Atlanta area has a lot to do with the fact that the staff is not as 'up to par' as they could be. There are very few truly qualified dental assistants to choose from. Also, it would behoove Dr. Collins to hire a qualified licensed hygienist to assist him. This would enable him to navigate throughout his office more efficiently.
