I stumbled on this site because my company is changing HMO's and my current GYN, Dr. Ledesma doesn't participate in the new HMO. I decided to check out Dr. Ledesma's ratings and was shocked to see it so low. I can tell you that I have been seeing Dr. Ledesma for the past 5 years and I am just sick that I have to leave him because I cannot afford to pay out of pocket for my healthcare. He is intelligent, thorough, kind and very gentle. His nursing staff is excellent and if I would have had any serious problems, I was comforted by the fact that he is affiliated with UMC, exactly where I would want to be for anything major. I highly recommend Dr. Ledesma and will miss him terribly.
