While Dr. Webber is overall a fairly kind man, as a patient, I definitely felt like I was simply a business customer, and not a patient. Throughout appointments, he would frequently check his watch to see how much time you had left, and when he wrote out prescriptions, he wrote them out incorrectly, resulting in a huge hassle when trying to get them filled. When trying to correct this problem, it took me nearly two weeks to get to the bottom of the issue, about which his assistants attempted to blame me for the miscommunication, when in fact, it is in clear evidence that he miswrote the prescription. On top of all of this, they called one day when I was at work claiming I had an appointment with them that day. Regardless of the fact that I had never made such an appointment, his assistants were VERY unfriendly and short with me, insisting that I pay a $75. missed appointment fee -- which was erroneous to begin with! BAD FIRST EXPERIENCE!
